Projects

Project Manager contains 7 steps that take you through setting up a project, requesting feedback, gathering data and printing reports.

Each project opens up to the Home tab. The left side of this screen has the project checklist with the 7 steps. You may access each step by clicking on the step in the Checklist or by choosing the tab across the top of the screen. Each step is explained in detail throughout this section and the links to the left.

Commonly used functions appear on the Home tab for easy access.

  • Edit email notifications – Edit from the Home tab or in Steps 5 and 6 or WebResponse. Five default emails are provided, plus one “other” for your own use.
  • Edit Project Comment Options – Set from the Home tab or step 4.
  • Customize instruction pages for respondents – Customize from the Home tab or step 6.
  • Systems Options – Set from the Home tab or System Manager View | Options.
  • WebResponse – Enter WebResponse from the Home tab or Steps 5 and 6.

The Synchronize button uploads and downloads project data to and from WebResponse. Click synchronize from any step in your project to upload, download, make changes to your project and update respondent progress.
