Roster

A roster is a master list of participant names. You may create as many different rosters as you like, for many different purposes. For example, you may want a separate roster for each company department, division or location. Each roster can contain an unlimited number of names.

Terms used when working with rosters include:

• Participant – Anyone who receives or gives feedback in a 20/20 Insight GOLD assessment, whether they are a subject or a respondent.
• Subject – A person who receives feedback.
• Respondent – A person who gives feedback.
• E-mail address – Required for participants who will be filling out web assessments.
• Username or Number (optional) – No longer than 20 characters. Respondents are required to enter a Username when logging in to complete an assessment. The default is the first name and last name of the respondent. Can be assigned by the administrator.
• Password (optional) – Must be between 5 and 12 characters. Confidentiality feature in 20/20 Insight GOLD. Respondents are required to enter a Password when logging in to complete an assessment. Respondents set their own passwords unless administrator pre-assigns them.
