Roster—Assign Unlimited Usage Licenses
(Not available in Surveys for Small Business)
Unlimited Usage Licenses (UUL’s) should be assigned in the roster, although they may be assigned within a project. There is one important advantage to assigning them within the roster: Rosters are easily accessible from anywhere in System Manager.
1. Click the individual's name. In this example, the name is Dana Pritchard.
2. The Selected box appears on the right.
3. Click the box beside Assign Unlimited.
4. The Subtract Usage box appears. Unlimited-usage is selected by default.
5. Click OK.
The individual now has a blue icon, and Unlimited is recorded in the License column, indicating a UUL has been assigned.
To assign Unlimited Usage licenses to multiple participants:
1. Holding down the Ctrl key, click the names of all the individuals to receive a license.
2. The Selected box appears on the right.
3. Click the box beside Assign Unlimited.
4. The Subtract Usages box appears. Unlimited-usage is selected by default.
5. Click OK.
All individuals with licenses now have blue icons, and Unlimited is recorded in the License column, indicating UUL's have been assigned.. |
