Importing Items from the Survey Library

In your Project, Go to step “4. Items”:

  1. Click the small yellow folder icon on the Project Manager tool bar.

Projects

  1. In the navigation window that opens, browse to and open the “Resources” folder.

    The path is C:\Program Files\Insight4\Resources.
    This path may be different depending on if your program is installed on a network.

  2. Double-click the “Survey Library” folder.
  3. You will see several folders, each containing multiple “Survey Areas”.
  4. Double-click the folder that contains the survey areas you want.

    For example “Your Survey Areas.

Projects

  1. Click the file that you want to open.

    In this case “Management Skills.mdb”.

  2. Click “Open”.

Projects

  1. Click the box in front of the "Categories".

    In this case the categories are “Employee Training Opportunities” and “Appraising Performance”.
     

  2. Click “Import
  3. The selected Categories, and the Items within them, have now been copied into step “4. Items” of your Project.
  4. You may now edit the newly imported Items.
