Importing Items from the Survey Library
In your Project, Go to step “4. Items”:
- Click the small yellow folder icon on the Project Manager tool bar.
- In the navigation window that opens, browse to and open the “Resources” folder.
The path is C:\Program Files\Insight4\Resources.
This path may be different depending on if your program is installed on a network.
- Double-click the “Survey Library” folder.
- You will see several folders, each containing multiple “Survey Areas”.
- Double-click the folder that contains the survey areas you want.
For example “Your Survey Areas”.
- Click the file that you want to open.
In this case “Management Skills.mdb”.
- Click “Open”.
- Click the box in front of the "Categories".
In this case the categories are “Employee Training Opportunities” and “Appraising Performance”.
- Click “Import”
- The selected Categories, and the Items within them, have now been copied into step “4. Items” of your Project.
- You may now edit the newly imported Items.
