Set Up Respondent Selection Site

When you arrive at WebResponse, Set up Survey is the first screen displayed.

To open the Respondent Selection Site, choose Set up Respondent Selection Site.

The Respondent Selection Site is closed.

To open the site, click Open Respondent Selection.

The site is now open, and Subjects may log in to choose respondents.

Before inviting Subjects to select Respondents, customize and test the site.

These links are used when setting up subject respondent selection:

• Customize – Click this link to modify messages to subjects and set subject permissions.
• Test Site – Click this link to sign in as a Subject to ensure the subject permissions are displayed correctly. Be sure that you have added Test Subject (or a different test person) in tab 1. Participants of your Project. Use this subject to preview the respondent selection process before sending invitations. When testing the site, you will see exactly what Subjects see when choosing Respondents.
• Invite Subjects – Click this link to send emails to subjects, inviting them to select respondents.
• Track Progress – Click this link to view a list of subjects, the number of respondents they have selected and status.
• Send Reminder – Click this link to send emails to subjects who have not yet selected respondents.
