TECHNICAL SUPPORT (Free for a period after purchase, then available as a paid subscription or “pay as you go”.)

Technical Support applies when the software is not functioning properly, such as:

  • You are receiving an error message
  • The software is reacting in ways not described in the instructions
  • You encounter functions that aren’t clearly explained in the Documentation

CONSULTING SUPPORT (Available as “pay as you go.”)

Consulting support applies when the software is working fine, but you want help using the software or implementing a project. Use this service if you’d like assistance using the software or want help setting up a project, customizing reports, and other similar tasks, such as:

  • Coaching about specific functions, such as importing and exporting data
  • Coaching to help you complete one or more steps in a project set-up
  • Fixing a roster that has been set up incorrectly
  • Uploading/downloading project data to WebResponse or SFSB Online
  • Fixing errors caused by user not downloading the latest update
  • Creating a customized report design
  • Restoring deleted Projects
  • Customized queries of Project data
  • Training and “Walkthroughs” of the software or functions*

Our goal is to provide outstanding Technical Support and other services to help you use our product successfully.

We want your projects to be successful!  Please contact us whenever you have capability and limitation questions.  Please contact us BEFORE YOU SET UP A PROJECT.  There’s no charge for these kinds of questions.  We’ll ensure that the software can produce the kind of data you’re looking for in an easy-to-read format before you start set-up.

 

RATES and Additional Training Resources:

Technical Support:
Performance Support Systems provides free Technical Support for a period of time after the purchase of the product.

  • Surveys for Small Business - Free Technical Support is provided for 6 months.
  • 20/20 Insight GOLD 4.0 - Free Technical Support is provided for 12 months.

At the end of the free Technical Support period, you may purchase an annual Technical Support subscription or use the “pay as you go” option.
Subscription pricing is available from your Value-Added reseller. Pay-as-you-go is available directly from us. The current “pay as you go” rate is $30 per 15 minutes with a 15-minute minimum.

When using the “pay as you go” option, you are expected to pay for the support via credit card at the time of the call. Performance Support Systems accepts VISA, M/C and AMEX.

Consulting Support:
The current Consulting rate is $30 per 15 minutes with a 15-minute minimum.

When using the “pay as you go” option, you are expected to pay for the support via credit card at the time of the call. Performance Support Systems accepts VISA, M/C and AMEX.

Training-on-Demand:
Performance Support Systems gives a one-year free subscription to the Training-on-Demand videos from the date of purchase of 20/20 Insight GOLD.

Training on Demand (TOD) is a training class and more. It contains more than 40 how-to videos, walking you step-by-step through the program and "expert-level techniques" for advanced users.

After the first year of free subscription has expired, you may purchase an annual subscription, which gives access to the TOD videos for one year. Subscription pricing is available from your Value-Added reseller.

*Renewing your Training-on-Demand subscription provides continuing training. It can be a cost effective alternative to training and walkthroughs at the Consulting Support rate.

Performance Support Systems maintains a toll-free telephone line for User’s convenience when calling for Software support. You may also email questions.

During our initial communication:

  • We’ll determine that the problem you describe requires Technical or Consulting support.
  • Before proceeding with support, we will inform you if you will be charged.
  • At that time you may choose whether or not to continue support.

Performance Support Systems will not charge you for
Technical or Consulting support without your approval.
