For NEW Customers

Beginning in January 2009, a one-year subscription to our new Training-on-Demand videos will be included FREE with the purchase of the 20/20 Insight system package. Each of the 40 how-to modules will address a single learning objective. Everything in the current Administrator Course will be included, plus valuable “Expert-level techniques” for advanced users. You may access the instruction whenever you need to, which means that the content will also be available to you for refresher instruction and as a reference for technical support. Check out a sample video from the training.

We will discontinue the telephone training and offer the two-day class quarterly for an additional fee for those who prefer in-person instruction.

For CURRENT Customers

If your organization already owns 20/20 Insight, you can purchase a one-year subscription to the Training-on-Demand videos.

Your subscription includes:

• Unlimited access 24/7 for one full year from date of purchase
• Any number of administrators may use the videos as many times as they'd like
• Modules may be repeated as many times as needed to reinforce learning
• Convenient training for people in different time zones - and no travel costs
