WebResponse—Set Up Subject Respondent Selection
Invite Subjects

Reminder! All subjects must have an email address. The program generates an email message for each subject and provides an URL to the Subject respondent selection site, along with username and password.
1. Click Invite Subjects.
2. The Send Email screen appears.
3. Your name and email address are automatically entered.
4. Edit the Email message.
Note: Do not change or delete the variables %NAME, %SUBJECTS, %USER, %PASS or %URL. These variables are used by WebResponse to fill in information needed for the email invitation.
5. Click Save and continue.
6. The Check the recipients you wish to include: page appears.
7. Click Send email.
8. The Job Complete screen appears.
The status column will indicate if an invitation did not go out to a respondent.
If a subject invitation fails to send:
1. Return to your project.
2. Change the participant’s email address in step 1.
3. Click Synchronize.
4. Return to WebResponse.
5. Follow steps 1-5 above.
6. At the Check the recipients you wish to include: page, click Check none.
7. Check the name of the individual to receive the invitation.
8. Click Send email.
9. The Job Complete screen appears. |
