Send Reminder for Subject Respondent Selection
1. Click Send Reminder.
2. The Send Email screen appears.
3. Your name and email address are automatically entered.
4. Edit the Email message.
Note: Do not change or delete the variables %NAME, %SUBJECTS, %USER, %PASS or %URL. These variables are used by WebResponse to fill in information needed for the email invitation.
5. Click Save and continue.
6. The Check the recipients you wish to include: page appears.
Note: Checks appear next to the names of respondents who have not completed assessments.
7. Click Send email.
8. The Job Complete screen appears. |
