Scales—Customize a Scale in Scale Library

1. At the Scale Library screen, click the Scale you wish to customize.

2. At the Selected screen, click Edit.

3. The Edit Scale screen appears.

4. Make the changes to the scale.

5. Click Save.

Scales— Setting "N/A" as an option

"N/A" can be displayed or hidden when Respondents take the survey online. The "N/A" caption may be changed as well.
