Reporting—Item Ratings – Relationships/Comments

We will customize the report section, Item Ratings – Relationships/Comments to include the Project Average in the column data, remove the Distribution from above the Average bar and remove the item comments.

1. Highlight the report section, Item Ratings – Relationships/Comments.

2. At the Selected box, click Edit.

3. At the Enter a title for this report section box, no change.

4. At the Population: button, no change.

5. Click Next.

6. At the What kind of data do you wish to list? box, no change.

7. At the How do you wish Items to be grouped? box, no change.

8. At the Display ALL Categories? box, no change.

9. Click Next.

10. At the Which respondent relationships do you wish to include? screen, no change.

11. Click Next.

12. At the What kind of numeric data do you wish to display? screen, at Column 1, no change.

13. At Column 2, no change.

14. At Column 3, click the down arrow.

15. Choose Project Average.

16. Click Next.

17. At the How do you want to sort data? screen, no change.

18. Click Next.

19. At the What additional kinds of data would you like to include? screen, de-select Show Distribution above first bar.

20. De-select Show Comments.

21. Click Done.
