Import a Custom Document for Reporting Purposes -
When working in step "7: Reporting", you can import custom documents for numerous reasons including a description of the scale used, or a brief description of the project. To do this you will need to create the documents in WordPad or a similar text editing application.
1. Open WordPad.
2. Create the document according to what you would like to see. IMPORTANT: Images will not appear in the reports run in 20/20.
3. Save the file with an extension of .rtf (Rich Text Format.) The document filename will appear in the upper right hand section of the reports run in 20/20 Insight Gold.

4. Open 20/20 Insight Gold and open the project you want to import the custom document to.
5. Click Step 7: Reporting.
6. Click, "Click here to insert a custom document."

7. Find the file in the location you saved it.
8. Click Open.
9. The file appears at the top of the left hand pane and will appear as the first page after the table of contents. You can drag and drop the section to whereever you would like it to appear using the left hand pane.
