Projects—Create a New Project—Mark Subject
1. Participants – Mark Subjects/Participants who have Unlimited Usage Licenses (UUL’s) (Not available in Surveys for Small Business)
To designate one subject:
1. Click the participants name. In this example, the subject is Dana Pritchard.
2. At the Selected box, check Is Subject. If the participant doesn't have a usage license attached you will need to either assign him a single or unlimited one at this time.
To designate multiple subjects:
1. Hold down Ctrl and select the names you would like to designate as subjects.
2. At the Selected box, check Is Subject.
Participants who have Single Usage Licenses (SUL’s)
To designate one subject:
1. Click the participant that you would like to assign the Single Usage License, in this example the subject is Kevin Tanner.
2. At the Selected box, check Is Subject.
At the Subtract One Usage box, answer the question What type of license do you wish to activate?
3. Choose Single-usage.
4. Click OK. One license has been subtracted from your Single Usage Licenses.
To designate multiple subjects:
1. Hold down Ctrl and click the names of the participants that you want to designate as subjects.
2. At the Selected box, check Is Subject.
At the Subtract 2 Usage box, answer the question What type of license do you wish to activate?
3. Choose Single-usage.
4. Click OK. Two licenses have been subtracted from your Single Usage Licenses.
