Set the Scale Range

The scale range may be set from 1-2 to 1-12. To set the scale range:

1. Click the scale name, in this case, Agreement.

2. Click the up and down arrows to increase or decrease the range.

As you change the scale range, the preview on the bottom of the screen will change to illustrate how the scale will display in the assessment.

NOTE: If there are multiple scales in the project they must share the same range. You may only change a scale name at the beginning of a project. If surveys have already been completed the range must stay the same.
