Licensing—Recharging Licenses

Recharging licenses involves a two-minute toll-free phone call to the publisher, Performance Support Systems (PSS). Call your PSS Associate first to place your order, and then call PSS to recharge.

1. At System Manager, choose File | Recharge Licenses.
2. Call Performance Support Systems at 1-800-488-6463 ext 201. Tell the representative that you would like to recharge your 20/20 Insight licenses.

3. Choose Single-usage Licenses or Unlimited-usage Licenses (Not available in Surveys for Small Business).
4. Click Next.

5. Enter the number of usages you wish to obtain.
6. Click Next.
7. Read the code that appears in the 2nd box on your screen to the PSS representative. The code will change each time you recharge licenses.
8. Click Next.

9. In the 3rd box, enter the 9-digit code given to you by the PSS representative.
10. Click Next.

11. The Congratulations! screen appears. This screen shows you the number of usage’s that have been added and the total number now stored in System Manager.
12. Click Done.
