Advanced Reporting—Print an Advanced Report

Print an Individual Report with Current vs. Previous Data

Advanced Report

1. At the Imported Projects tab in Advanced Report, click the current project, in this case, 2005 Leadership Assessment.

2. The Selected box appears on the right.

3. Click Edit.

4. The Project properties box appears.

5. At the Previous project: box, click the down arrow.

6. Choose the previous project, in this case 2004 Leadership Assessment.

7. Click Save.

8. At the Reports tab in Advanced Report, click Click here to print a report.

9. The Report wizard appears.

10. Click Individual report.

11. Click Next.

12. At the Select a project from which to print subjects: box, click the down arrow.

13. Choose the current project, which, as mentioned above is 2005 Leadership Assessment.

14. Choose the Subject’s name, in this case, Dana Pritchard.

15. Click Next.

16. Choose the Report Sections you want to print, Category Summary – Current vs. Previous and Item Ratings – Current vs. Previous.

17. Click Next.

18. Answer the question, What kind of output do you desire?

Advanced Report

On-screen Preview – Recommended when first report printing. This option allows you to see the report on-screen before printing a hard copy or creating a PDF report.

Print directly to printer – Use this option for print a hard copy of the report.

Save to PDF – This option allows you to create a PDF report for viewing with Adobe Acrobat. It is saved at: C:\Program Files\Insight4 \PDF. You may browse to save the files into another folder.

Email PDF to subjects – This option creates the PDF report and automatically mails it to the subjects. The email with the attached report will be placed in your email out box until your click send/receive in your email program or until the next automatic email check occurs.

19. Click Print.
