Merging Projects

When you have multiple projects that you would like to combine into one project there is a feature in Advanced Report that will do this for you. This can be useful if you have multiple departments such as Accounting or Human Resources, that you'd like to aggregate to compare to the same departments from a previous survey. One thing to note with this feature is that when you merge the projects it is only in Advanced Reporting, it doesn't affect the original projects.

1. First you will need to download and install the 20/20 Insight Gold 4.0. The update is available here: http://www.2020insight.net/updates/beta40/Gold40update.exe

2. After the update is installed open the advanced report that you want to combine projects in.

3. Multi select the projects you want to combine by holding down the control key and clicking each project individually.

4. After you are done selecting the projects, click Merge the # selected projects in the right pane.

5. Advanced Report will ask you to name the combined project. Give the project a name and click OK.
